God Inside My Heart

 Sometimes

Sometimes it's so hard Lord
Sometimes it's so long Lord
Seeing and feeling the pain
There's never no relief
Where is the Joy inside our hearts
We pray all day, please don't depart.

The fear stands but it won't win
My heart aches, it even breaks
Sometimes Lord, Its so hard.

There is a better place
Where Jesus waits for us
There will come aday
He'll wipe away our tears
All the pain we carried for years
Will be gone, we'll be free

How long Lord, how long
it's so hard here,
Oh how I LONG for your touch
make me strong Lord,
there will be aday when you hold me close
so close I can feel your breath on me
and you'll wipe my tears away
so far but so close..

Oh every knee will bow
sin will have no trace
in the glory of His amazing grace
there will come aday,
how long Lord, how Long.

 June 4th 2006

Well, today is church day..

I just love it and I pray hubby will go, which he doesn't go that often, he use to..he would be in church three times a week..

Most of the time I feel refreshed when I get home from church...God speaks to us in so many ways..I know we seem to be caught up in our busy days and just can't or won't hear Him..so we need to let Him open the eyes of our hearts and ears of our hearts..it's hard to let Him..but we'll be blessed to hear what He has to say to us.

Psalm 43

2. You are God my stronghold.
Why have you rejected me?
Why must I go about mourning,
oppressed by the enemy?

Sometimes we all feel like the verse above,

I have for awhile now, but we need to hold onto God..

I know it seems hard because the storms and trials I have been going through is so hard at times when I think God has left me or that He's upset with me, it hurts my heart to know I have hurt Him, see but God is a gracious and faithful God..He won't leave us stranded..

Well anyway, I think today I'll just pick up the house a little bit, like dishes and dusting and maybe a sweep of the floor, we may have a interview with the couple that needs help doing chores and maintenance on their house and yard and stuff, we'll be on call every day if we get the job..

Until next time, may our Lord keep you and guide you.

 For Unity of Faiths

O God, we are one with you. You have made us one with you. You have taught us that if we are open to one another, you dwell in us. Help us to preserve this openness and to fight for it with all our hearts. Help us to realize that there can be no understanding where there is mutual rejection. O God, in accepting one another wholeheartedly, fully, completely, we accept you, and we thank you, and we adore you, and we love you with our whole being, because our being is your being, our spirit is rooted in your spirit. Fill us then with love, and let us be bound together with love as we go our diverse ways, united in this one spirit which makes you present in the world, and which makes you witness to the ultimate reality that is love. Love has overcome. Love is victorious.

 A Glimpse Of God's Love

Read: John 9:24-34

He who glories, let him glory in the Lord. —2 Corinthians 10:17

Nadine was in the last stages of cancer when I met her. The doctor said chemotherapy would no longer help. She was a dedicated Christian and had a wonderful peace from God. She spent her last weeks making scrapbooks for her adult daughters and planning her memorial service.

Nadine's joyful spirit was inviting to be around, and people looked forward to spending time with her. She kept her sense of humor and always shared the ways that the Lord was meeting her needs. She gave everyone around her a glimpse of God's loving character.

When a man who had been born blind was healed by Jesus, he too had the opportunity to show others a glimpse of who God is (John 9:1-41). Neighbors asked, "How were your eyes opened?" (v.10). He told them about Jesus. When Pharisees questioned him, he told them how Jesus had given him sight, and concluded, "If this Man were not from God, He could do nothing" (v.33).

We may wonder how we can show others what God is like. God can be clearly seen in the way we handle life's difficulties, such as problems at work or home, or perhaps a serious illness. We can share with others how He is comforting us—and let them know that the Lord cares for them too.

Who in your life needs to see the love of God? —Anne Cetas

Believers who are Spirit-filled
Are unaware that God may be
Revealing through their Christlike ways
A glimpse of His reality. —Hess

You can be a glimpse of God's love to someone.
